The information on this website is general guidance about home services. It is not a diagnosis of your home or equipment. Please contact us before relying on it for a specific decision.
2. Quote requests
Sending a request does not book a visit or create a contract. We review your details and reply within 24 hours to discuss the next step. A visit is confirmed only once we agree on a date and time with you.
3. Prices
Price ranges shown on this website are typical ranges. Your final price depends on the equipment, materials, access, labour and the condition found on site. We explain the scope and cost before any work begins.
4. Access and safety
You agree to give our technicians safe access to the work area. If we find a condition that is unsafe to work on, we may pause the work and explain the options to you.
5. Scheduling changes
If you need to change or cancel a scheduled visit, please call us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another homeowner.
6. Brand names
Equipment brand names on this website identify the products we can discuss servicing. ComfortEdge Services is an independent service company. Mentioning a brand does not mean we are an authorized dealer or partner of that manufacturer.
